Heavy Heart

I felt compelled to be open and transparent about things that I am going through to show people that they are not alone in this walk or fight. We are all going through a process. Give Grace to Women’s Wombs
Many women face debilitating pain and dismissal during menstruation. I share a distressing work experience and emphasize the need for empathy and understanding. Menstrual health concerns everyone, and advocating for compassion and support is crucial. I urge women to advocate for themselves and calls for grace and empathy from others.
Self-Sabotaging
In this personal reflection, I delve into my self-sabotaging tendencies rooted in past pain, fear of disappointment, and reluctance to step out of my comfort zone. Despite ongoing struggles, I emphasize the importance of vulnerability, self-discovery, and seeking support. The message encourages others to embrace their worth and accept love and support.
The NHS: The Not (so) Helpful Services- The struggles of Overworked Nurses and a broken system.
The NHS, once lauded for healthcare excellence, falls short for many HCPs and patients. Overwhelmed by excessive workload, lack of support and institutional challenges, nurses face distress and disillusionment. Racism, favouritism, inadequate pay and a lack of unity plague the system. Comprehensive reform is needed for the NHS to fulfil its promise of compassionate care and patient satisfaction.
Capitalism and the broke friend
In a capitalist society, being unemployed and unable to contribute financially can bring feelings of resentment, shame and embarrassment, particularly in friendships. Asking for help is difficult in a culture that values independence and when support is not freely given, it creates a complex emotional struggle. Ultimately, finding balance and self-worth beyond financial contribution is key.
